Coaching for High Achievers

You don't need
to be fixed.
You need to be
heard.

For the person who looks successful from the outside, but inside is quietly carrying more than anyone knows.

"Something feels off and I don't know how to describe it."

"We don't need to be stuck with the story we inherited or the one we wrote in survival mode."

"Always having it together"
can be the mask
that hides how close you are to overwhelm.

I know what it feels like to hold everything together while quietly coming apart. As an immigrant and military spouse, I learned early that being steady and invisible was how you survived. I moved, adapted, poured myself into others, and kept going. For years I called that strength. What I didn't see was how the story I kept telling myself was keeping me small.

My shift came through the work: massage therapy, Reiki, resilience training, leadership programs, and the women I kept meeting who were brave enough to tell the truth about their lives. Watching them grow when they felt seen, changed something in me. I started asking if the same growth was possible for me. It was.

Today I use the lessons I've learned to help high achievers and women in transition gain the clarity to question the story that's keeping them stuck, restore the energy they've been giving away, and reclaim the joy of a life that actually fits who they are now.

Truth. Energy.
Alignment.

A strategy for uncovering the truest version of yourself. Not a rigid formula, but an intuitive path back to who you actually are, one honest step at a time.

01
T
Truth

Naming what's been quietly buried. Truth sounds softer than we expect, like relief, like grace, like our nervous system finally exhaling. We begin here, because nothing real can be built on "I'm fine."

02
E
Energy

You can't pour from an empty cup. Before building a strategy, we look at how depletion is already leaking into your daily life and build the actual capacity to take meaningful action toward what matters.

A
Alignment

Alignment doesn't mean burning everything down. It means identifying honest adjustments, establishing clearer boundaries, and making gradual changes that honour who you actually are now, not the person you once were.

3 signs your commitments no longer
fit who you've become

01

Everything feels heavier than it used to

Tasks that once felt meaningful now feel draining or strangely pointless. There's more "I have to" than "I get to." You might even feel a quiet grief for a past version of yourself who carried this role more easily.

02

You keep fantasising about a different life

Slower mornings. Different work. New environments. These aren't random thoughts. They're signals that your identity is shifting and your current commitments haven't caught up yet.

03

You show up physically, but not energetically

You still attend. Still deliver. But the spark is gone. You may feel detached, more easily irritated or emotionally flat. It's not a lack of effort. It's misalignment. Your body is present, but your sense of self is already pulling away.

What it feels like
to be truly heard

These are the words of women who came in carrying something heavy and left feeling lighter, seen, and more themselves.

"

You don't try to fix it. You're empathetic and understanding and make people feel seen, heard, and understood. A lot of times people don't want someone to say it's going to be okay, they want someone to just hear them and understand them.

Cassie K.

"

Every guard I had up literally melted away. It felt easy to speak about anything. I left feeling peaceful, validated, and hopeful.

Bettina D.

"

You meet people where they are, and you remember things. You make people feel like they matter, not because of what they've accomplished or who they are married to, but just because they are human. That's rare. That's your superpower.

Liz G.

"

Portia has a powerful, beautiful energy and a natural gift for holding space, asking the right questions and helping people feel seen, supported and inspired.

Heather S.

"

You never sugar coat things, and you're so relatable. You made me feel like I could talk to you about anything.

Laura C.

"

You are as honest as a day is long. You've been so kind and uplifting. Even when you're quiet you're still watching and reading the room. Your gentle spirit is trustworthy and it makes people open up. You've never been an imposter!

Marlo H.

"

You understand what makes a person unique and different, and you encourage that within them.
